I have decided that every Spring I am going to rejuvinate my life with a new athletic activilty and I challange you to do this with me. Pick and share something that you have always wanted to try but have never gotten around to doing it. It can also be something you have not tried for years. This year, I am going to learn and practice how to standup paddle board as well as complete my first sprint triathlon. I am sooooo excited about these new adventures.
