This is a reminder to how important exercise is, I like to call it, Exercise Part II. It's time to be honest with yourself and if you have been exercising everyday. If you have, great! If not, don't worry. Now is the time to get focused again. No matter where you are in your fitness journey, there is always room for improvement.
